Nativescript Environment Variable Hook
This plugin adds a hook to find and replace environment variables within your AndroidManifest.xml
, Info.plist
and app.entitlements
.
Installation
npm install nativescript-environment-variables-hook --save-dev
Predefined Variables
The plugin provides the following tokens automatically:
Token | Description |
---|---|
APP_ID | Application ID as defined in nativescript.config.ts |
APP_VERSION | Version taken from package.json |
APP_VERSION_CODE | As above but formatted to MMmmpp (Major, Minor, Patch) |

Additional Templated Files
You can extend the functionality of this hook by adding in additional relative filepaths to you nativescript.config.ts
